Supporting home workers is different to supporting office workers. For starters there is the physical environment that needs to be considered. It needs to be safe and it needs to comply with Health and Safety legislation. Then there are the added security considerations, for example, endpoints need to be properly protected and VPNs locked down, applications need to be regularly patched, and employees need to be able to spot malicious phishing emails. There is also a greater need for remote support tools that allow service desk operatives to solve problems quickly and keep home workers, working.

Then of course there is the equipment and connectivity to think about, and home deliveries, installation, and general support. We have it all covered.
